The captivating story of The Clay Oven Multi Cuisine Restaurant unfolds on September 22, 2023, under the leadership of the dynamic siblings Arsenia Young and Liza Fielder.
This gastronomic journey pays homage to their late father, the naturally born cook Alberto Sikat from Pampanga, whose passionate in cooking enchanted individuals far and wide.

The Clay Oven Multi Cuisine Restaurant is headed by the Executive Chef Liza Fielder whose passion from culinary was influenced by her father since she was young and pursued an education in Bs HRIM majoring culinary at the De La Salle - College of St. Benilde.
Her love for cooking diverse cuisines especially Indian and Mediterranean was honed when she started working in different hotels including the seven star hotel Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The quality of the food that she creates is a testament of her global experience and love for cooking.
